THEN AND NOW
This layout was for a January Swap Crop at Scrapgirls.com. It was a round robin challenge. I received two pictures from Laurel Lakey. The "Then" photo was when she was three years old, and she loved coloring. The "Now" picture is a great photo of her at her current age of 26. She sent me some journaling to add to the layout as well describing how she loves to be creative. The challenge gave us about a month to work on the layout. Well...I hope Laurel likes how my layout turned out because I really enjoyed working on this challenge. I took her love to color and ran with it. LOL! I decided that I had to invoke the modern artist, Andy Warhol for this layout. Everyone knows how colorful Warhol was in his day, right? LOL! I also played around with several different software programs and used a ton of design elements to come up with the layout you see now. Hope you like it Laurel! :) I had a blast!
